Liz Soutendijk experienced first hand about children's love for books through reading to them during story hour at the local library. She can still see the kids emotions and hear their laughter as they reacted to the words and illustrations of the stories she read. It wasn't such a big leap to go one step further and write about what she loves - stories about a child's real or imagined world that they share with adults. Liz lives in East Texas with her artist husband Bart and their tail wagging dog Stella
